girl has a lot going on in their life, Best way to play it?

A girl is telling me she has a lot of major stress going on in her life such as here dad at high risk is diagnosed with covid recently and she is having problems with her roommates and parents, and is sad about loosing her dream job... and that she doesn't want to do anything now. How best to play it so that the connection is maintained without coming off too much as a nice guy or just someone trying to get her to do something? Had two dates with them both got physical so I know there is at least some interest there.

having a problem where girls will ghost out after the first date and I have no idea why

I honestly don't know why so many girls I go on a date with, wether it gets physical or not, will ghost out with no explanation so I have no idea what I did wrong. The date will go very well good vibes the whole time even sex but then they hit me with the complete ghost. Is this normal or what could I potentially be doing that is causing this?

getting mixed signals from girls not sure why.

I've had multiple dates where it got sexual and they were really open and clearly enjoyed the date, stayed for many hours into the night but then the next day they say their not interested anymore and are only looking for a serious long term relationship (even though I never said im only interested in a one night stand hookup) and don't want to go on another date. Any advice for this because it has happened quite a few times.

This is something I run into a lot where girls will wanna snap instead of text and It is a bit more annoying to me than texting (aside from being able to see if they are a catfish or not). I have set up a few sex dates through snapchat though. Any advice on improving "snap game"?

Wanted to give a big thanks to Alex and playing with fire as it has been my main source of education as far as online dating and text game. after remaking my profile 3 times and drastically improving my text game I now have one that gets consistent results (averaging 3-4 dates with 1 hookup a week) in a city with a 90k population. My tinder profile is below for reference. Along with convincing a few to drive over an hour to come over. Im am still improving it as a go though. It took about 3 months of solid work to get here.

I usually will say something like "looks like I might have to come up with something to convince you to come this way more often" but that might set the frame too much as me chasing her. Any of you have some good ideas for this type of situation?
