chicks noticeably fatter in person than their profile. how to avoid this?
How to possibly screen girls that are fatter in real life than their profile shows to avoid wasting time and it being awkward on the date.

I always get their insta if I’m in doubt. It’s almost impossible for them to hide it there. (Also look at their tagged photos to get the best idea of what a girl looks like.)
do you go for the insta every time? It is honestly hard to tell sometimes straight from the dating apps and I don't want to create unnecessary friction by randomly asking for it or asking every time.

It’s actually not that weak of a text because it shows you are actively screening her. You can use it as an opportunity to transition off the app and onto DM’s but only do this if you have a high value insta.
If not, sometime’s I’ll ask for it, do a quick stalk (searching her name on fb as well). And then not even follow her.
I’ll say something like “btw are you on insta?” Or ‘do you have insta?’

Look for body pics. If you don't see any, ask for her IG. If you show up on the date and she doesn't look like her pics, just politely tell her you're not interested and walk away. I've done that many times in the past
