How to best respond when a girl replies the day after flaking saying she got too drunk with her friends and forgot, while still maintaining a good frame and respect without sounding too much like a pushover or an asshole?

Wait a few days, text something like "Hope you're feeling better" then try reschedule. Like you said dont reward this behaviour but dont be super butthurt.
