Hey Kyle,

First of, kudos on hitting the gym, keep doing what you've been doing because I remember your first pics. You're making awesome progress.

I think Alex's feedback is based on two main issues with this picture:
1- It's very posed. You posed for the picture. Which is what most people naturally do, because it's what we've been taught to do all our lives. While we always have to pose for pictures to ensure they look good, the key is to make them look as if you hadn't posed for them. As Alex has explained before, the desired effect is to make it look as if a paparazzi caught you in the middle of some action.

2-The background is horrible. It looks like you took the picture in a storage shed. It'd be a different story if you were in the middle of some manly activity involving the shed. It also looks super messy in there so it communicates low value.

I have to say, this picture is still far better than your first set of pictures, so you're definitely getting better.

I'm 2 hours away from Savannah, so I'll be happy to wing. I try to go there 3-4 times / year.

avilench . come do a bootcamp in Savannah!

Go for a shirt that accentuates your chest and shoulders. Women are very forgiving of a belly as long as you have a big chest, shoulders, and arms.

But to answer your specific question, no. If you have a lot of body fat that looks unseemly under your clothes, the loose fit still serves you better.

Feel free to DM me with any questions about super specific stuff. Keep us posted, I'm curious to see how it turns out!

OK so I'd add "hola mamacita" (pronounced "ma-ma-see-tah") which is a flirty equivalent of "gorgeous" or "hottie". To make her laugh, whenever you'd say "that's cool!" say "que chimba!" (pronounced "kae" "cheemba" (make the "ch" sound as in "chewing" anytime you see "ch" in spanish). I know that's gonna make her laugh because only Colombians use that expression and it'll be extra special coming from a "gringo". It's also usually funny to hear anyone say it so I think that's a good starter.

I think Alex's default "are you always this difficult to make plans with" is best. I really like it because it calls out the behavior without direct accusations or labels, and gives them an opportunity to explain the behavior. "Sup flakey" made me lol but I can see a girl just easily ignoring it and not replying to it at all, or replying with "why are you calling me a flake" and then now you have to explain your rationale.

If you show me your conversation thus far I may be able to draft something contextually relevant. Do you know which part of Colombia is she from? That'll change the type of phrases that we'd use.

This may be not be a good long term solution, but I'm a native spanish speaker so I can help you say stuff to her in a coloquial way that may help break that cultural barrier a bit.

Have you replied to her since? At this point I'd reply with "are you always this difficult to make plans with".
