How to sexualize with a language barrier (Colombian girl)

I recently met this girl who moved here a few months ago from Colombia. Her English is poor, but we can communicate decently well (using google translate sometimes).
I have two questions:
(1) How do you sexually escalate when there's a language barrier like this? I found that a joke or comment of any type was lost in translation. It was very difficult to be flirty.
(2) How much should you (or how do you) sexualize with a Colombian girl in particular? I've heard that sleeping around is more stigmatized in Colombia. In addition, she doesn't like to drink.
She's a good quality girl so I wouldn't mind waiting to escalate things, but I have no idea how to go about it.

This may be not be a good long term solution, but I'm a native spanish speaker so I can help you say stuff to her in a coloquial way that may help break that cultural barrier a bit.

If you show me your conversation thus far I may be able to draft something contextually relevant. Do you know which part of Colombia is she from? That'll change the type of phrases that we'd use.

If they're not fresh from Colombia, you should game them the same way you game American girls. It's only in Colombia or fresh off the boat Colombians that are really sexual and open-minded, mostly because the options in their country are pretty limited and it's very easy to come off as a high value individual.

She's been for a few months, but she said she just got the dating app so her mindset might be similar to a girl who just arrived. Also, the problem is anything flirty I say is lost in translation. I'll try "mamacita" and "que chimba" for now haha.
