Had a date set up and there was a good amount of positive banter beforehand, but then she flakes. She had come up with a "sorry I fell asleep" excuse when I was trying to make plans before. But this is the first time that she bailed on plans that were set in stone. Since it's not the first time she's been a bit flakey, I'm probably going to follow up with: "is there a reason you're playing these silly games?" Any thoughts on why this happened/suggestions?

Have you replied to her since? At this point I'd reply with "are you always this difficult to make plans with".

I haven't replied yet. Yeah I was thinking that or "sup flakey".

I think Alex's default "are you always this difficult to make plans with" is best. I really like it because it calls out the behavior without direct accusations or labels, and gives them an opportunity to explain the behavior. "Sup flakey" made me lol but I can see a girl just easily ignoring it and not replying to it at all, or replying with "why are you calling me a flake" and then now you have to explain your rationale.
