As much as I know that would be fun to say regardless of her answer I've already been banned off Hinge rather not get banned on Bumble too lol
I like the "you can delete the app now" line but honestly lately I've been noticing when I say things like that too early the girl backs off. Think now that i got her attention i might use the hows your day approach then when she asks about mine slip in the whole "only thing missing is a bit of (her name) ;)"
Exactly that's what's annoying about an answer like this. The "thats cute" part implies to me she liked the opener but wants to move past it, but then she says that "hey boo" thing which makes me think she's playing along. I'm thinking of saying something like "Glad you liked that, how's your Thursday going so far?".
Yeah thats true i usually like to keep it going for a few messages then switch off onto get to know you stuff
Yeah that is what I ended up deciding too. Also the way she worded her text saying she "kind of" felt bad, personally thats not the kind of girl I'd want to be with at all if she comes up with something like that on the day of our date. I know dating has its own etiquette and women do stuff like this a lot but damn setting aside dating purposes thats just a poor way to treat people.
Well she never ended up responding on the night of the date so I sent her the flakey text a few days later. The nervous one might have been better but i figured since she genuinely did flake on me it would work. That was on Tuesday and still nothing. At this point I've sent 3 texts she hasn't responded to so I think its time to let this one go. Don't want to cross that line between persistent and needy you know?
Thanks for the advice, if the night of the date passes and still nothing should I wait a few days then send something like "Genuinely didn't take you for the flakey type" or is that too strong? It technically is her first time not responding but it was in regards to a date she ended up flaking on.

It's funny you mention that. For some reason my mind didn't consider it could be read 2 ways, the way I understood it was it was a fact about me so thats what I did. Turns out she also wrote something about me, still not sure who understood it right. Worked out though because I wrote something about being a good cook and she said she wanted a man who knew how to cook.
