Her: There’s nothing different that would have changed how this would turned out, it was a nice match but not the match, don’t know if it’s possible to explain this things haha

Me: " Appreciate that you responded! Chemistry is a weird thing. All I can say is we didn't see each others best moves yet (especially sober without all that wine...) but it is what it is! Thank you again and wish you all the best!"

On to the next one!

Its over....

Her: hey (my name), super sorry for my late reply, I had busy times and your message passed
Her: I truly enjoyed our time together, and think you are a great guy, but for now I am not interested in hanging out! Hope you understand

I am curious so asked her for feedback. Let's see...

Me: Thank you for letting me know (her name). I also really enjoyed getting to know you. You seem like a very direct and honest woman so I was just wondering: could I have done something differently that would have changed how things turned out?

So I can learn from it for the future 🙂

UPDATE:

I'm still talking to her occasionally. She seemed interested in meeting up but I'm not sure now whether to let it go or triple text her. Any ideas?

UPDATE:

We're still texting but no date yet (she's been travelling but also quite flaky on texting, everytime I try to hard close the date she doesn't follow through in the end or doesn't reply to my text (see new screenshots). How to move forward from here?

UPDATE:

I actually decided to do a video call with her to check our vibe. In the beginning it was going quite well. However she did not seem that responsive to my flirting (maybe shyness which I understand) but to my surprise she was being difficult about going to visit my city. She wants to come this saturday afternoon, but only because she is also going there to meet friends. In short, the doesn't want to come to my city (45 min public transport) solely for our date. Quite a turnoff. Also, she says she can't confirm until thursday or friday because she might need to study for her job interview.

All in all, she seems quite rigid with an "I am the price" kinda vibe. Even 50 minutes videocall was not enough for her to become flexible. So now I'm going to sent her this:

Hey (name), I enjoyed our call yesterday. It was cool getting to know you better. I’m down to meet, but tbh I’m not into maybe plans or daytime dates. Evenings work best for me, more relaxed and more fun. If you’re genuinely down to come to (my city), let’s lock it in. If not, all good, then we can skip it for now and maybe revisit later if the vibe’s still there.

Either she shows effort or she's out.

I did. Also ended up joking about the algorithm (saw her profile on hinge) and wanted to hard close the date time. No response for 3 days.

Im thinking of going with "Dont worry it's not a trick question"

She flaked. Did I make a mistake by instantly asking another day or was her flake reason solid enough to be okay in this situation?

If she doesn't respond within a day or two, my plan is to double text "don't think too hard now"

Any feedback?

She replied (just after midnight local time so technically friday morning, see new screenshot). She still has to confirm our wine date for tonight. I'm thinking of sending one of these. What do you think?

"Ah a busy little bee I see. But no worries, we can celebrate your exams with a nice bottle of wine tonight"

"No worries. We should celebrate your exam completion with a bottle of wine tonight. Might have to spank you a little for disappearing on me though"
