She seems like she's down. You should've replied with a more specific time and place. i.e "How's tomorrow at 2pm sound at the boba place?" or something more concrete

From my experience I wouldn't take this as a sealed deal yet. ask her for number and make plans more concrete

I'm not sure if I agree with this. Simple "are we still on for tonight" almost always works for me except for girls that are on the fence about meeting up or just weren't interested to begin with
