I think I see what might have gone wrong here. You either skipped the soft-close completely, or you went from banter straight into logistics (even though you soft closed earlier). Now, the first scenario is pretty straightforward, you need to ask her if she's willing to agree to even hang out with you before logistics and setting plans because you can gauge her investment. This also allows you to calibrate, and either reset your frame or continue forward.

The second scenario is maybe you soft closed on the app and tried to nail down logistics over text. The problem with that here is that:

1. Girls can often have short memories and so even though she agreed previously, it never hurts to reaffirm this

2. The way you went about setting a date and time -> You went crazy specific as soon as she told you the days which she's free and that might have scared her off, it should be a little more gradual. Something like "What days are you free?" "Great let's do Monday" "You work till 8? Ok let's do 9"

Last notes: When she said she can't drink on Mondays, the "I'm sure they have tea etc" came off a little aggressive, instead you should use the "We" frame and go with "We can grab some iced tea instead then" or something like that.

The double text was a little early IMO, you could have waited until Monday morning but that's a little nitpicky.
