What happened on the 3rd date that made you think you messed up? Frankly you seem over invested while she's not so keen to plan a date, maybe she's really busy idk. You think you might have came across as too nice to her? My experience, when a girl is vocal about not having sex /messed around is most likely she's asking for it.
