So, We have been texting since 2 months and went on just 2 dates as we just went on different cities for the holidays. However, haven't hooked up yet because she always gives an excuse (I have hooked up with others in the meanwhile). She has been pretty flaky at texting since the last month, and now I am not too sure if she's even interested. Is it even worth giving another shot or is it a time waste? Because it feels like it.
I have made several mistakes throughout the interactions and need suggestions on how to revert them and get that back. So for the backstory, I met this girl on Halloween, where she was interested and bought me a drink. We made out in the club, exchanged numbers but she didn't come back to my place. After that, we went on 2 dates, where the first one was good and the second one got got boring due to the club and live music we went to. However, that's no excuse, I could have made it more fun but didn't. The wrong thing I did in the dates is we made out quite a few times, but didn't hook up as she gave reasons like tired or skeptical to get back to my place. (Red flag, and also making out took out the sexual tension I believe) After the second date, I have observed low interest from her, very late replies. My text game was also sloppy recently. Did callouts but not that effectively. She recently replied to my text after 2-3 days, how to respond back and move forward with this

Hey, so I met a girl in the club on Saturday. We had a good banter going on, danced, she bought me a drink. In the end, we started making out in the club before leaving. She wanted to come back to my place but had to be with her friends, so she took my number and texted me the same night. I didn't check my phone so replied the next morning, but haven't got a reply. Is it too soon to follow up? And if I do follow up, would it be better with an opener, or something related to the banter we had?
Was going for the close, and followed up after 24hours. Haven't got a reply yet.
