I wouldn't say I have a "method." When a girl likes you and you make it not a big deal, it's usually easy to get a yes. Have her like you, give off a vibe that you don't take things too seriously so she doesn't feel like if she comes to your place you'll pressure her into sex, bring it up smoothly, and address any objections.

In this case I met her for coffee, and after like 15 mins suggested we take a walk, and took her towards my place. Based on the vibe, and based on our texting and the last date, I was pretty confident she was just waiting for it. When we turned the corner off the main street I paused for a sec to get her buy in, and it was easy.
