I've been traveling a lot recently across the central/western USA. I work off my laptop and generally go to colleges (I'm 24 so it works perfectly). The food isn't bad & really cheap and lots of cute girls & wifi so I can work. I've been approaching girls and getting an IG/# over half the time, but I get left on delivered/seen a lot. For example, this week I've approached 8 girls, gotten 5 IGs with a yes/maybe when I say I want to hangout. Usually I open pretty direct like "Hi my name is..." or "I thought you were cute & wanted to introduce myself". But, out of the 5 I got, none messaged me back. I think 2 were phone & 3 were IG. Most approaches are in the college food hall, library or on campus outside. My intention with these girls as I hop from city to city every week is to pretty much be a hookup, maybe hangout twice but nothing long-term. Maybe I don't communicate that well. I don't know if I'm shooting myself in the foot by being in a different place each week, I only have a couple days to make a date happen. Usually in person the approaches go very well, like 50-60% of the time getting a contact, and almost every rejection is very soft/sweet. Not sure what I need to change.
