Just as the title implies I tried unreal ai and followed instructions as rigourously as possible and used past photos of me to make new ones. The first 2 pics were made with unreal ai (the one with the lake and the one with the flowers) and the rest are other real pics of me made with my iphone. I’m seeing good results with this profile

I have started taking a few new pictures as the in the last ones I was 20kg skinnier. I honestly think none of them are great but was wondering if some were usable. I personnaly think i look good in my first selfie (even tho the background is trash) I think the shirtless selfie where I’m holding my shirt is the best looking body shots I have. I don’t know about the swimming pool picture. I look candid and jacked but at the same time I feel that I look too goofy

Maybe you saw my initial 5 months sarm cycle transformation post. I said in that post that I would also share my transformation on my third sarms cycle. Protocol used : Week 1 to 8 : rad 140 dosed at 24mg per day Week 8 to 12 : S23 dosed at 20 mg per day Hcg 250 iu EOD during the whole cycle. I trained 5 times a week until week 8 ( Arnold split but with only one big leg day). At week 8 I was planning on training 6 times a week (doing legs twice) but I teared my left hamstring pretty badly doing a sprint, so I could not train legs from week 8 to 12 ( I really feel that I left a lot of leg gains on the table but it is what it is...) I haven’t yet fully recovered from the hamstring tear. If someone has some tips on that it would be appreciated. Diet wise I was in a mild calorie deficit of about 200-400 calories per day while eating about 3500-3800 calories per day ( I was really losing fat while eating that much, I shit you not !). I started the cycle being around 90kg at about 18-20% body fat and ended up at 87-88kg at around 14-15% body fat. I lost about 4-5 kg of fat while getting stronger at the same time. After the end of the cycle I did a quick extreme cut for 5 days where I ate only 1200 to 1500 calories and lost about 1kg of fat. I am now after being off cycle for 2 weeks (on pct) weighing 86-87kg at 13-14% (an actual 13-14% where you can see a good amount of ab definition already). Before starting this cycle my arms where at 15,35 inches. They are now at 16 inches (finally haha). Current Shoulder circumference : 52 inches Current Waist size 34 inches. My goal right now is to loose about 2 kg of fat and go down to 11 -12% body fat so I could be aesthetic as fuck during the summer. I’m currently pct ing with tamoxifen (feels like shit btw, but that’s the cost of playing with anabolics haha). I will not take any other anabolics until at least next year (just chilling enjoying my gains and letting my body recover). I still haven’t reached my natty ceiling yet so I might still do a last cycle next year just to have the most amount of muscle my body can carry with it’s endogenous amount of hormones after coming off ped’s. If I do another cycle I would just stick to rad 140 as I didn’t notice s23 did much more (although It might have been because I could not eat to keep up with it). Side effects wise, I did not notice much during cycle. My heart rate and bp was good during cycle (not much of an increase). Mentally I was feeling great (a tiny bit more aggression and a bit more libido). 1st picture is me towards the end of the 2nd sarm cycle. 2nd picture is me at week 7 of the cycle 3rd picture is me at week 10 of the cycle 4th picture is me at week 12 of the cycle 5th picture is me now after the 5 day cut. 6th picture is a bonus, it’s me 8 months ago. All the pictures are taken without a pump and without « trying to find the perfect angle ». What do you think did I get jacked and lean in 8 months ?
As the title say this log is made to document my lifting journey. To give a bit of context i have been a complete sendentary for multiple years before starting this transformation but I’ve wheight trained in the past and have done a lot of sports until covid hit (I’ve done boxing for 5 years, rugby 15, and mma) and I knew how to train pretty optimaly and hard. I started training 5 months ago and I’ve done so by jumping straight into anabolics, more particularly sarms. Things to consider before writting judgy comments like : "ouh bro that so dumb it’s so dumb you destroying your health bla bla bla, you have to train natty for 40+ years and then only bla bla" -> I don’t give a fuck, really I don’t as I’m not ultra cautious about health and I’ve done a ton of research to know how to use this stuff and get the most out of the smallest amount of ped’s. Something to consider also is that I may have way above average genetics (I pack muscle and strength very easily) and I started of with a pretty big frame (wide clavicals) and I also have really long muscle insertions with not a lot of tendon which makes me look bigger that what I actually am. All of the following pictures are taken without having a pump The first 2 pictures are of me before weightlifting. The third was taken after my first sarm cycle was complete Fourth and fifth ones are my current shape after 1 week of being back on cycle. Sixth one was taken after my first cycle ended Starting body : 75 kg for 1m82 at about 15-17% body fat Arm measurement : 33cm First cycle : lgd 4033 Week 1 and 2 : 5mg lgd 4033 a day to assess tolerability Week 3 to 8 : 10mg lgd 4033 a day. Week 4 to 10 : 10mg of tamoxifen citrate (nolva) to combat suppression and restore normal hpta function after cycle. Results : I’ve put on about 6-8kg of lean mass. Arm size got to 37cm and stayed at the same body fat No feelings of suppression noted as at a dose as low as 10mg of lgd 4033 a day for a duration of 8 weeks, tamoxifen suffises to keep the lights on as to speak and keep testosterone and estrogen in a resonable enought range not to feel like shit and not to hindur further progress (it did for me at least). No bloating noticed, no real mental effects noticed it just made me progress 3-4 times quicker and I added about 20kg on all of my compounds lift with the form of the lifts getting significantely better and more controlled with fuller range of motion. Cycle 2 : Rad 140 Week 1 to 12 : 12mg rad per day Week 4 to 12 : tamoxifen 10mg per day Week 12 to 14 : tamoxifen 20mg per day I’ve put on about 6-8kg of lean mass. Arm size got to 39cm and I went slightly higher in body fat, probably around 16-19%. I had a dryer leaner look even while being less lean. I felt a bit more agressive but it was a pretty marginal increase (barely noticeable), but libido increased a shit ton (not complaining haha). The marginal increase in agression and significant increase in libido made me feel very good mentally while on cycle. I started feeling suppression at week 9 or 10 and even after week 14 I still haven’t fully recovered my hpta and still felt like my libido hasn’t fully returned and since then I’ve jumped into my third cycle, which I will post an update on. My strenght increased by about 20kg on all compound lifts. I am since then able to bench prenss 95kg for 5 touch and go reps, and I’m able to do neutral grips (full range of motion) pullups for 9 reps with additionnal weight of 20kg. I’m able to do so while having bad leverages (very long arms), so for me these are already fairly "respectable" lifts. At the end of the cycle I was wheighting 90 kg for 16-18% body fat. Arm size went to 39cm. I already look pretty big in clothes, perception of women around me changed pretty noticeably (get checked out way more often), I even had a girl I slept with say I look like captain america and that my body looks really nice. It was definitely worth the squeeze for me and I plan on getting into Thor kind of shape (the first movie not the last movie where he looks trened out of his focking mind). Useful things to note : I’ve been using RU58841 for years now so at reasonable dosages most endogenous androgens even some of the pretty androgenic ones will not affect my hair. If you’re not currently doing any kind of hairloss prevention keep in mind that lgd 4033 and rad 140 are not hairsafe compounds. With lgd 4033 you don’t have to worry as much about BP but rad 140 can increase BP pretty significantely so I would advise for poeple planning to take rad to check their BP often.

Hi guys, I’m actively working on building the sickest Tinder profile ever. One of my good friends is a photographer and I started doing photoshoots somewhat regularly. At the last photoshoot I ended up with this picture being the best. What are your thoughts on it ? Yay or nay ? If nay what is off about the picture ( is it the body language, facial expression etc.) As a side note I find myself struggling during photoshoots to have a chill and relaxed facial expression and I often come off as intense in a lot of them, so if somebody has useful advice on that feel free to share.
