That’s what I was thinking too. You’re right I’m going to get a haircut soon and I’ll link up with my friend who is a photographer and do a photo shoot soon.

Thx man. I’ll definitely take some new pictures. I have a good friend of mine who is a photographer and has a good DSLR camera, but I was just being lazy to be honest (cause I really don’t like taking pictures of myself).

Also I tried an AI photo generator and it came up with these pictures. Do you think they look legit and realistic or does it look fake ?

If I for real get 1% results afterwards as you say then you could use me as a case study if you want (I’ll provide you with any photo and info you need)

I’m thinking maybe one picture at gym where I’m lifting and one where I I’m just out an about might be all I need to make my profile way better.

Alright brother. Thx for the advice and taking the time to get back to me. I’ll keep the first 2 and maybe add in another ok photo of me I still have and I’ll go do a photoshop with one of my friends who is a photographer and see if I can come up with better pics

Thx man. I definitely have to take new professionnal pics to replace the one in the leather jacket and the one in the white shirt, but for now it’s all I have that is decent.

As a side note I can’t fit in that leather jacket anymore haha

I am shoulder and triceps dominant, that’s why these bodyparts look the most improved compared to chest. However since I changed my workout split and drastically changed the way I train my chest I started seeing pretty sweet chest gains (I might not be as doomed as I thought I was when it comes to pecs). Also I do not have access to dexa scan, and IMO it’s pretty useless as you would have better feedback just by looking in the mirror and monitoring your progress on your lifts.

Yeah I’ve heard about the neck thing, but for me it just grew significantly just by doing heavy compound lifts and by doing weird faces when lifting (I push myself very hard) and I don’t want to have too thick of a neck as you can develop sleep apnea which is no bueno if it gets too thick especially when you add anabolics to the mix.
But thx for the advice.
As for my gym progress I’ll do a gym log with pictures and details on the compounds used and dosages and routines future cycles and experiments etc

Thx man, I know. I started working out 5 months ago and I am on my third sarms cycle and I ve put on about 13-15kg of muscle mass and I saw women’s behavior change drastically around me. I’m waiting to finish my last cycle before starting retaking pictures and redoing my profile. In the mean time I wanted to improve my profile as I am already seeing pretty good results with it. I can make a post to document my progress in the gym if someone is interested
