It’s rumbled on. Arranged to meet tomorrow but now she’s texted saying she’s bailing. Saying she’s not seeing anyone else, she’s not using me for attention, she just “isn’t in the right place”. I’ve followed up with the “what are your concerns” type text and remain double grey ticked, honesty this is ridiculous now

I’m the end I did “ah she lives”, then she sent a long text about how she’s been so socially busy. Then a voicenote saying she definitely wants to meet up when I get back after a break I’m taking.

I replied just saying I’d let her know when I’m heading home then she text me saying how hot my voice was. I basically returned the compliment, cos she does have a hot af voice, and that’s where we’re at.

I was thinking of sending a pic of my bed rails saying something like “your hands should be here, and that voice should be talking dirty” to me or words to this effect

Well she replied with “Thank you Rob. I’ll message you properly tomorrow. I hope you’re good X” so this basically looks like the setup to bad news lol

Well I did this and I've been left double grey ticked for 10hrs thus far. Wuss move IMO, esp having known each other so long. But I get the picture.

Thing with this, I already gave her a very similar ultimatum after the way she went about her first cancellation, which she didn't like. Saying she has a low threshold for drama (despite it not being very dramatic). So not sure I wanna repeat something similar so soon, I may just re-word it slightly

Well it’s a bit long but basically we were dating 3 weeks, gained lots of momentum fast then had an argument after which she said she wanted a “break for now”. Shortly after we did resume texting then she suddenly stopped. I re-engaged and she said she still didn’t “want to see anyone”, citing mental fatigue from work stress and wanting more time for herself. After that we texted briefly Fri/Sat. Her bdays Thurs and I don’t wanna seem like I’m chasing or a try hard but obv it is her bday lol

Thanks for that. She replied “Lol. Yes I like all wine”. Time for wine close?
