When she said she doesn't have any plans you can mention your snow boarding then propose a Sunday meetup (or Friday after her snowboarding perhaps). You got her basic schedule at that point so now is the time to ask the question. She completely dodged it though which is not a good sign.

You could have some more small talk then bring up the hangout topic again or just call her out on it. Something like "I get it, you're nervous about meeting me again.
