If its mixed with other high quality photos it can be slightly positive otherwise its gonna be a negative. In general a selfie abs pic is pretty shit unless you're a chad. Even then you should have a pic showing you in a natural environment (gym with friend, beach, surfing, whatever). This is a forced picture and your motives are obvious to the girl.

Not really. The body seems a bit too skinny. You could try sending it to girls in context when interacting over text and see if they react well.
