Keep moving it forward. Still not ready for the hard close. Ask her if she likes wine, if you want a wine date or cocktails or whatever.

I said earlier today, "Do you like coffee" (she's 19), she said "Yes", I asked what her schedule is like next week a few hours ago, she hasn't responded yet.
Logistically, I'm at home with mom and dad right now. This is a problem for any date I set up, and worse if alcohol is involved. I have a car, but I'm job searching and can't move out just yet.

Good, you’re moving it forward. Set the date. On your date, find out what her logistics are. Since you already framed it as a coffee date and your logistics is not good right now, you may have to do the second date at her place if possible. During the coffee date, look for an activity that can be done at her place and plant that idea (board games, wine, playing guitar, karaoke, listening to vinyl or whatever you can find). hopefully she’s not living at home
