I think the idea is good but the last part is too much.
Remember she is "offended" by him talking about good sex. That's a major red flag to me that she is probably crazy.
But the part about the good chemistry would likely alleviate her concerns. I would make it about the two of you. Good chemistry, so the woman and man simply understand each other etc.
