The thing that put me off cold approaching at night is listening to Indian PE’s story. Although intended to be motivational, he said it took him a year cold approaching every other day and getting top tier pua wings to just get 1 lay. Although he’s good now, I don’t see myself doing this like a full time job all by myself. If only I had a community of friends that motivated and held me accountable for it apart from providing feedback then I guess I could try it but just randomly approaching chicks with zero guidance seems like a recipe for disaster and demotivation.

I don't have high expectations from a first date, but you're making it seem like getting a second date is harder than getting laid on the first one.

I only used the level 2 of the handsome preset in Faceapp like Alex and Indian PE mentions in their advice for faceapping photos after getting pictures showcasing my best angles. I don't think I look like an entirely different person though, just enhanced. And I do flirt with them via texting so if they have an expectation that I'm gonna talk with them irl the same way then maybe that could seem like like a let down.
