After a short (had to make it short for appointments from both me and her) date with a girl that didn't end in a kiss, how should I open after not texting for three days? Some go to topics to text about to spike her interest before another soft close?

I'd post the screens but it's in italian, I'd have to translate. Follow up on the girl who I had to see after quarantine canceled our plans, we agree on saturday evening and the day before she starts bringing up the possible rain, I tell her that if she can do sunday it's fine by me, she says she'll let me know. Saturday I check up and she says she doesn't know for sunday, I send her a voice telling her to just go that afternoon as it would not rain before late evening, she agrees, but 2 hrs before the date she brings up excuses and says sorry I'll have to reschedule in the week. I tell her to let me know when she's free and I'll let her know if I'm free myself. I find it hard for a girl to bring up a date herself so I intend on texting her Wed or Thursday and escalating again to a soft close, is it the right way to proceed? Or should I bring up what the problem is since she's already met me in person (2/3 months ago) and the convo has always went swimmingly?
I met this girl during night gaming and took her number before going after 15-20 mins. I kept the convo short and witty, she was very invested but didn't want to give it away, I teased and role played (about me knowing more good pubs than her, pubs will be closed for a while for quarantine tho). The last message was 2 months ago her agreeing to see eachother when this was over. I'd like to reopen again since I would be able to see her soon, but possibly only in my house or maybe in a park. I have not met her yet cause Quarantine was up just 3 days before the date. Thank you in advance for any insight.
