I have absolutely no idea where to go here. I thought the joke about making her wait 20-30 dates was a funny response to a shit test, but she didn't seem to like it; maybe that was a legitimate concern/comment that I misread. With my last message, I was really hoping she would say yes and I could get her to realize it's silly to disqualify me as a serious relationship type based on the fact that I mentioned sex, but she didn't bite on it at all. I guess my next move would be to say "It's a key, not my #1" but that just feels weak Context: This girl is insanely attractive, I'd go on 100 dates with her before sex if that's what it took. But saying that up front will obviously demonstrate low value and put her off. I'm perfectly fine with an endgame here of get her number and set up a date at a bar or even dinner. I realize my odds are low, but how can I best optimize them to get there? And how can I handle this sort of conversation better in the future?
