Text above is the typical "Can I be honest", "I prefer honesty", "You seem like just my type." stuff. Then she makes my life a little tricky - not sure I handled it well.

I don't like the last text. maybe something like "I'm not worried whatsoever, you'll find out soon enough. hows your spicy Saturday going"

By saying "I'm not worried" you're essentially qualifying yourself and falling into her frame of her being the buyer. I would have said something like "I'm sorry to hear that!" or "I know.. my deepest condolences"
