So the context is I matched w this girl a while ago who is from south america. She is living/working out here now and we made plans a few times to meetup. After she canceled a couple times I tried to find out why and she told me she is having a hard time emotionally being out here away from her family and all but originally still was interested in meeting. We planned to have a phonecall /facetime since her engilsh throu texting is not the best and then after trying to set that up I get this message. What could I say to this or is this interaction basically dead Any advice is appreciated
