If you want to make it sexual you can say “yes and submissive too” or you can just say “mmhm” along with a get to know you question like “are you from here originally” or “what trouble have you been causing this holiday”

Good suggestion I’ll take that phone call into consideration. In response to going straight into “when are you free for...” that’s something I’d say after a soft close such as “We should get together sometime” or like I did in my msg, “I’ve prepared a bottle of wine for us when you get back”
