As well as a taller person. Just don't include your height in your bio and don't use pictures that make it easy to infer your height. Then It'll be up to your in person game and handling any shit you get about your height. Id even argue online dating is advantageous to shorter people since you wont immediately be filtered out by height.

Nah, I would always try not to double text, especially a couple hours apart. Alex mentions it in a few of his videos I believe. I would see how she responds to that first message and go from there.

I definitly wouldnt send the "hey are you ignoring me text" that does sound a little butthurt. Have you sent her messages on teams before that she reads? I'd just give her the benefit of the doubt on the teams thing. Maybe shes a shitty employee and doesnt check it. I'd send her a funny callback to the party or something as a text opener or even talk to her in person if you can.
