Ive been seeing this girl for about 2 months now and on my tinder profile my age was 29 but im actually 36 so I was wondering how can I tell her the truth about it in a way she won't get upset? There will be a bigger age gap that I think she might be concerned about because she's only 22. Is there an ideal way to bring it up without it being such a big deal like "oh btw you know i didnt put my real age on tinder right?" and then just tell her?

Do you see yourself getting into a LTR with her?

Yea I didn’t think it would be serious at first because I only saw her once and then we didn’t even hook up until a week later, now we keep meeting once a week and it seems like we could be in a relationship. That’s why I feel like I want to tell her the truth now, i just don’t know how to bring it up to her because she never brought it up to me.
She only asked me what my birthday was on the first date and I told her the month and day but never mentioned the year and she never asked me. I don’t think she would care about the age just more so about me being honest and not trying to lie about it so I just wanna tell her the truth before continuing on with her. Any suggestions on how to casually just mention it without making it seem like a big deal? Like just ask “Do you even know the year i was born in?” And then just tell her “Then just so you know I was born in xx” and then change the subject?

Are you still matched on Tinder (or wherever you met)?
It's quite common for people to lower their age a bit. If you hadn't talked much about the age and you're not matched anymore, you could do what you said. Just mention it/bring it up in conversation and act as nothing happened.

She never asked because she already saw it on Tinder when she matched with you.
