Ive been seeing this girl for about 2 months now and on my tinder profile my age was 29 but im actually 36 so I was wondering how can I tell her the truth about it in a way she won't get upset? There will be a bigger age gap that I think she might be concerned about because she's only 22. Is there an ideal way to bring it up without it being such a big deal like "oh btw you know i didnt put my real age on tinder right?" and then just tell her?

Are you still matched on Tinder (or wherever you met)?
It's quite common for people to lower their age a bit. If you hadn't talked much about the age and you're not matched anymore, you could do what you said. Just mention it/bring it up in conversation and act as nothing happened.

I unmatched her after getting her number so that helps I guess. I just wish she asked me on the first date about the year and I would’ve told her but the fact we just never talked about it and its been so long is whats bothering me. It’s like she never asked, so I never told.

Be prepared for the possibility that she might not take it kindly and decide to move on...
Regarding telling her I would mention it casually when you're hanging out and having a laugh. Maybe start by asking the age of the oldest guy she's been with/ dated or if you're the oldest guy she's been with, she would then ask how old you are if she has forgotten and which point you tell her 36.
If she doesn't ask and says something between 30 and 35, then you laugh and say "looks like i'm the oldest then", if she says a number above 36, then you laugh and say I thought I was the oldest but that guy has me beat by XX years.
IDK how well this would work but hope it helps
