She obviously has not responded and it's been like 3 hours and she has been online, so it's pretty sure she is just going to ignore me. I took her as the quirky girl type, or e-girl I guess. She has the photo of a baby cat drooling while sleeping. So I said: Hey Sara. We don't know each other that much yet, but i feel like a drooling kitten as a profile pic it's definitely so you. Is there any good recovery lines for this? How much should I wait?

Remember once you get a womans phone number try to keep the banter to a minimum, make the conversation more about setting up the date and less about keeping her entertained. Especially if that's what you feel like you're messing up on. Less is more.
I'm sure even women from Columbia know who ryan gosling is. But you can also use the skeleton meme " waiting on your reply "
Or you can say " don't worry, this can be our secret"
" Are you always this talkative" or " am I wrong" like suggested. You want to wait at least a couple days before you do any of this, give her some time to respond, if she gets the feeling you're needy or desperate she's going to either ghost you or flake out on the date
