A few months ago I went on a hike with some friends, and this cute girl was there. We talked a little, got along, but I was seeing someone else at the time. I recently decided to try yoga, and low and behold, this chick was teaching the class(fyi, these classes are full of good looking women). I asked her out after class last week, and she said yes, and suggested a hike. Said cool, got her number, and immediately texted her my name. I didn't get a response. What should I do? I noticed u said "it's weird" but girls are allowed to not respond for days, you have three times before you put the ball in her court and move on. she should be one of 10-20 girls you're interacting with. abundance mentality is the rule of thumb here. my sister just broke up with a guy because every time she saw him she felt irritated because he was always lurking in the back.

Completely agree. I saw other girls in this time, and waited 6 days between texts. Usually when I text a girl after getting her number, I get "hey :)" or something back. As I said, I'm going to ask her tonight as we usually chat after class. If she's not down, it's what it is.

waited 6 days between texts? damn, did the girls stay interested? I usually will wait 1-2 days between texts and I also started heavily incorporating calling girls, which is now my main preference. At first I thought it was a bad idea to call, but just being real here, ish is manly as balls and skips 90% of the games. it's like, why swim in a foot of water when I can just get up and walk to the deep end. lol

also, there's another rule of thumb to keep the interaction down to 2-10 minutes max asking for dates. the longer the interaction, the less likely the date. There's so many rules to this, which is why you pretty much have to juggle multiple matches when dating as to keep the natural abundance mentality. or juggle life between dates so she's less a priority.

asked her, and she double checked she gave me the right number. Told me to text her again saying she never got them(I was kinda surprised she would straight face justify her ghosting), and I did: "do all cute guys from yoga go straight to spam?" - heard nothing back. Kicked myself for not telling her to text me instead. I did a good job of not being needy asking her, I was just curious since she was super friendly again.
An hour ago she texts saying she just got them. hahahaha. i want to believe that, but man, what a strange one.
