Hi, Do you have any recommendation for how often your dating profiles should be updated with new pictures, even though the current ones are already good? Do you simply just update them when your physical appearance has changed significantly?

Hi, I want some feedback for my photos on Tinder. The last two pictures (me with the bike and me with shirt near the ocean) I haven't used yet, but I am considering to. Are there any photos that are good and are there photos that should be deleted? My two activity photos where I box and hang on the ring are probably not so good, since you can't see my face. But those are the only ones I have for now.

When I do cold approaches, I struggle to keep the conversation going for longer than 1-2 min. Anyone who has good topics/questions you can ask the girl you approach to get the conversation going longer or other good piece of advice for this?
