The problem is when I ask about her schedule, she doesn't give me direct answers that I can work with. For example, I asked her what her schedule is like this week and she said "next week just busy Tuesday." I replied with, "How does Monday sound to hanf out?" and she says "Can check." before never getting back to me about Monday.

Just keep the ball rolling my guy, and don't be boring. A few things you can say from here are:
-"Are you originally from here?"
-"How was your Christmas?"
Or if you want to sexualize her, you can go with "Hmm🤔 So you are the submissive type"

1 & 3 personally are a no go.
Your facial expression on 1 is just off-putting and looks too posed.
3 has way too much headroom and it's taken from a upward angle which makes you look short.
Out of all these, I think 4 is Tinder ready with a good blend of other photos.
