I’ve had good success with “Hey, I just noticed you and wanted to introduce myself” (kinda generic but authentic and not try hard).
“I’m Brad, what’s your name?”
“Are you getting crazy tonight or keeping it lowkey? (raise eyebrows and smirk)
Then I like “so what’s your story” or “so tell me your life story, but try to keep it under three minutes...haha I’m just kidding” - these are usually money, not the boring shit guys usually ask. Opens up for a lot of responses to converse on. Keep it light and fun

You’re giving women to much credit. If they are rookies and you hold a good frame of “let’s just see if we vibe first” plenty of girls will bang on the first night with nothing paid except for drinks.
