Just message Tinder support, they will unban you. It's not as easy to get new numbers since Tinder bans a lot of Voip numbers. Unless you're in America, you can get google voice which should work.

Laughing at this. Tinder and all dating apps, in general, don't give a fuck about you. They only want what's in your wallet and if you upset enough females on their platform for whatever reason (their real golden goose that keeps them in business) they'll happily ban you to keep those geese happy to continue the cycle of attracting men who will provide what's in their wallets in the hopes of meeting a girl
