Woke up today to find that my account had been banned, I've never done anything ban worthy on the app. Is it a lost cause to try to get my account back?

I don't know bro, they usually reply and unban you if it's a mistake.

I've only ever heard back from an online dating customer service team once, and that was from OKCupid to recover messages for a friend who was getting married to the person they met off their app, they were happy to oblige the request as it made them look good. Other than that in my experience it's like their customer service is non-existent in the matters of getting back on the app after you've been banned.
