How can we learn to Banter on our own?

It's extremely hard for me to not sound scripted but at the same time also not be boring, especially if the girl doesn't invest anything. I tend to text way too witty, also called over gaming even though I'm not using lines, but what's missing is "realness" and being more Blunt.
Not sure how to go about it, I've gone trough PWF countless times but all that's sticking are single lines. If a girl doesn't give me anything to work with I'm often clueless on how to continue the conversation.
I feel like I need some kind of structure to follow. Texting witty all the time is exhausting as well, as I always try to come up with witty responses on the Spot. If a girl invests in the conversation, bantering is easy but many girls don't invest right from the start on.
I used to open girls with things like "Hey Name, give me your number and delete your account. You can tell your mum that you've found your husband 😉" atleast that allowed me to follow some kind of routine/role play but many girls either didn't reply or thought its copy pasted.
Some girls gave me their number (I actually got a Fuck buddy from that) and I went on some dates thanks to that opener but now I'm trying to become more real and get away from all those witty role plays.
I also used to have a Roleplay bio that had the highest Opening rate ever and allowed me to banter easily with the girls who opened me (Partner in crime) seems like girls love that role play, but now I have a PWF bio and I've yet to be opened.

Before I answer this question, there is a key piece of info that I need to know. Do you have this issue if you meet girls in real life/cold approach? When you interact with a hot girl that you meet during the day time or night. Are you also struggling and trying to come up with witty lines?
Also, post a recent interaction of yours. Atleast a few screenshots long, that you feel illustrates this issue

In real life I only struggle coming up, with things if the girl is very attractive. But on Tinder my Problem isn't coming up with witty lines but being more real/Blunt and less playful. I am TOO playful also called over game I have difficulties in leading the conversation somewhere without the girl thinking that I'm just spitting line after line even though it's witty stuff that I come up with on the spot.
I can't post interactions because they're all in German
For example the girl asks what do you do for a living I say "I rob banks but only every second Friday, apart from that I work in a clothing store"
Number closing I say "Let's continue writing on Whatsapp and plan things there (but only if you promise not to send me dick pics)"
Girl asks what are you up to I say "just the usual freeing unicorns, striking down dragons and rescuing damsels in distress"
Those were only examples I could think of spontaneously but I do this way too much
I always am too witty and not real enough but it's not just lines I saw somewhere but stuff I actually thought of in the moment and it always changes. I would describe myself as too creative but lack for simplicity and just being direct.

I don't think the issue is that you are "too witty", but too goofy and immature. Atleast that's the vibe, every single one of the things you wrote gives off. For instance, saying "let's continue this conversation...." is really not witty at all. It just sounds kinda immature. A much better way to number close is literally to just say "Do you have whatsapp?"
