As you can see from my consecutive posts, I’ve been having a bad streak lately Anyway, screenshots speak for themselves. In hindsight she was pretty receptive and I should’ve just liked her message saying she’ll let me know, and just reopen her the following week Any ideas on how to handle this line for future use ?

In this context it reads as an accusation, because of this it signals low value since it makes it seem that you’re insecure as well as someone who gets flaked on commonly.
In regards to future use, keep in the non-serious parts of the interactions aka playful banter. Not in closing or logistical phases.

Gotcha, thanks for the advice man. At the time I genuinely just meant it as a rib, but I can see how that can get easily lost in translation over text. And I do remember now Alex said the same thing (i.e. no more funny business when it comes to closing/logistics). Ah hindsight
But I meant specifically, how do you guys handle that particular line i.e. i'll let you know ? This is such a common thing I come across

Bro, I’m really new to text game. Only started this shit a week ago. But in this particular case. You can either be normal like say “Ok, great” or some shit that has 0 traces of game and can’t be misinterpreted. What I would say is something like “You better be excited” or “prepping the wine” or if you’re already being pretty kinky over text you can say “Great, fetching the handcuffs” I like all these replies because they rely on a predetermined conclusion that the date will take place. Which in my opinion shows that you usually get dates or some shit.
