Hey, there is a bit of a background story for this girl I matched with on Tinder. So this girl is someone I know of, not talked to in person. But she is someone who went to a neighbouring high school of mine (For clarity I graduated school like 4 years ago and we the same age). Some people I'm friends with know this girl, and I think she has the same reception as me. So cause I knew of this girl, I didn't want to use the "hey trouble" opener, so I would rather play it safe. When I matched, I left it a day till I sent my first message. The response she gave, I thought, was pretty good. So then I sent a text which I wasn't sure on, as it mentioned us going on a date, but I thought I could do this message later but thought I would just do it now. So now I have had no response in a day, so going to leave it for 2 or 3 days to see if she replies. But thoughts on the message and what I can do going forward? I have been quite bad lately of being a bit needy with messaging girls, with double messaging and that, so I'm trying to take a step back recently.
