I am going to try to make a Tinder profile again, I have done this many times but don't know what to do or have the experience to set up my profile in a way that will make it successful. It all starts with the pictures, the only pictures I can take right now are selfies. My friends wouldn't want to take pictures of me, they would but asking them to help me get pictures for a profile would be like pulling teeth I feel. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can set up a solid profile with the limited resources I have?

I feels like work for them, also usually it helps if you take pictures for them, either way photos can come out trash if you push friends to take photos of you who are not interested

the simple solution is just to offer a photo trade. But if someone is really your friend then they should wanna help you get a good photo, this is like the lowest level of favors

I hear ya there, I don't want them taking a picture because they feel obligated to. Do you get some good pictures with your tripod setup?

It’s much harder to do and achieve a more natural photo, but I used to do this growing up. Honestly you’d be better off asking one of your friends to do it. Find a friend who you’re cool with and just tell him you’d really appreciate his help with taking photos a ton. the issue with us men is we feel the need to do things alone, I still feel this way. But in communities like this where there’s a shared understanding it’s so much easier to get help.
