I am going to try to make a Tinder profile again, I have done this many times but don't know what to do or
have the experience to set up my profile in a way that will make it successful. It all starts with the pictures, the
only pictures I can take right now are selfies. My friends wouldn't want to take pictures of me, they would but asking them
to help me get pictures for a profile would be like pulling teeth I feel. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can set up
a solid profile with the limited resources I have?

I think you’re overthinking the friends thing. Every time I’ve asked my friend to take a pic they’re super helpful. I’ve even had my dad take a few

I’ve also been experimenting with a tripod as I’ll be doing some solo traveling soon. You can buy one for like $20 on amazon, it has a remote clicker so you can take as many shots as you want w/o using a timer

Iphone, tripod, timer shot. Go to interesting places (beach, park, cities) - not your backyard or house.

Trial and error. Do 100 photo shoots, take thousands of photos.

damn bro. If your friends are unwilling to take photos of you then their not actually your friends. I can't imagine even my acquaintances giving me shit over that.

Also you can ask your mom or any random girl you know. but the best option would be to just get a pro photoshoot

How many pro photoshoots should I get? And I have no good pictures so I'd be starting from scratch and they'd be all winter pics is that ok for a profile?

just one pro photoshoot should be enough if it's with a really good pro photographer. The fact that it's all winter pics shouldn't matter so i wouldn't worry about that

Start with 1. Look at their catalog; I'd go for portrait photographers that take pics with a magazine model vibe - not a wedding/family photographer vibe. Tell them your profile is for dating and you want a fun vibe - not a linkedin vibe.

I feels like work for them, also usually it helps if you take pictures for them, either way photos can come out trash if you push friends to take photos of you who are not interested

the simple solution is just to offer a photo trade. But if someone is really your friend then they should wanna help you get a good photo, this is like the lowest level of favors

I hear ya there, I don't want them taking a picture because they feel obligated to. Do you get some good pictures with your tripod setup?

I have the same issue bro, if you really want buy an iphone tripod and use the timer feature. make sure you turn Live mode on and MAKE MAKE SURE IT DOESNT LOOK POSED
