What would be the best way to find the underlying reason this girl isn't responding?

Context: Matched on tinder, vibed, set a date, watched the sunset and made out at the beach, we couldn't take it to the next level in my/ her house (logistics problems) Kept texting, she had her birthday next week, couldn't meet (she lives far from home, celebrated with fam), the next week she said she was busy with a friend during the weekend, then I took more time to answer due to work and we didn't text for 1.5 weeks. I reopen her, she doesn't answer, I reengage 1 week later with "Jeeez name, my grandma texts faster than you, and she is 80yo", she laughs and ask how I am and said she hasn't done much as she got covid. I replied asking if it was bad and that we should bring more adventure to her life sometime soon, she doesn't answer (3days and counting). How do I get her to answer, understand the underlying reason and move things forward? Detail: she unmatched me the day after our date, wasn't sure if she deleted the app or unmatched me, but I founder her profile recently on tinder again. I am sure that she is seeing other guys hence the lack of answer I believe. On the date, I managed to get over her concerns so we made out, took her home and that was it. Thanks in advance guys!
