I figured any who'd come straight over to my place would be a done deal - irrespective of age. However, it seems many early 30s women will come over yet won't do anything physical. Why would this be?

Before Alex I never invited girls straight over. Btw, Not all girls are down to bone on the first date, even if they want to. I meet girls the same age as you and can consistently bring them back to my place. I don't close them all. Girls in their 20s are definitely more dtf than 30s. Last point to consider, especially now. Girls are looking for boyfriends. If they have an amazing time with you (girls have an amazing time with me), they might see you more as bf material and not fuck. Just be cool and make a 2nd date.
