She sounded excited using exclamation marks and all that shit. Then she lands this text on me, what to say? "Hey I’m wicked sorry but I just have so much school work I need to get done before the weekend so I’m not sure tonight is going to work out. I also don’t want to lead you on in any way so idk if going on a date is the best for me rn considering I’m moving back to mass in 2 months." Considering saying, "I mean I'm busy too but I made time for our date. You won't lead me on, I'm not looking for anything specifically, just for a cool girl I have chemistry with. We had a fun time together the other night and it would be a real shame for us to look back later and regret not going on a simple first date haha" Or should I keep it simple like it doesn't bother me, "Haha it's not that serious, maybe another time"

The simple choice won't be effective. Sounds like you don't care.
If she's moving in 2 months then definitely you're only route is hooking up/having fun for the summer. She may well be up for that.

Oh, that's interesting information. Some sort of call out would seem in order. Maybe not the self sabotage line.
She gave you an objection/concern, but maybe that's not the truth if she is the one that approached you.
