My gut is telling me if you meet her on her terms you won't have a chance of the outcome you want which is banging her.
You should be willing to walk away on this one. Put your foot down and say no to this and be okay with the fact you might not get to meet up with her after all, but there are plenty more women, hopefully, one's closer to you. You could say "No. Listen, if you want to meet up we can at the train station. If not that's cool"
