I can just say what my experience is/has been. My profile is great and definitely above average yet the matches are lacking and girls never open me referring to any stuff in the bio.
But I agree I'm lucky that I'm living in a first world country am healthy and fine. I've seen much worse for example Africa where my father is from.
One thing I know is, that I would kill it on Tinder in England because the majority of girls there love my type. I've been there and it was insane, same with East Europe (Hungary, Poland, Russia). Germany isn't the best place for Tinder in my case

First, is just move to one of the places you mentioned. That should definitely be attainable, especially if you have your own business or work remotely. Second, is find a way to make Germany work. That might include Instagram, or bars, or meet up events. Height never helped me as much as people think it does because personality is much more important. Dominance, confidence, being direct etc. So I think height is definitely overrated, as long as you're not 5,4 or something it's fine.
Yeah there are ways to make Germany work, especially daygame but pwf is mostly about online game (Tinder) so that's what I'm trying to optimize :s Tinder is just way more convenient and easy than going on the hunt for girls while it's 40 degrees outside, or even compromising sleep just to go to nightclubs even though I hate bars and clubs
