I can just say what my experience is/has been. My profile is great and definitely above average yet the matches are lacking and girls never open me referring to any stuff in the bio.
But I agree I'm lucky that I'm living in a first world country am healthy and fine. I've seen much worse for example Africa where my father is from.

First, is just move to one of the places you mentioned. That should definitely be attainable, especially if you have your own business or work remotely. Second, is find a way to make Germany work. That might include Instagram, or bars, or meet up events. I've never been to Germany, so I can't say what exactly is the best medium, but I'm sure there are dudes who have found a way and are crushing that blonde blue eyed pussy
