the point is that in 4 years you should be very optimized. style, muscles, hair, hobbies, etc. so imo you're doing the little things wrong. focus more on those personal growth things and you will get more matches and practice for your texting.
some guys may not be jacked but have style, interesting hobbies, etc. you can optimize some parts more than others. but working out is like the easiest thing to optimize on.
