I think you made 2 mistakes
1- "Could I hop on you like this sometime? ;)"
I think it's too direct where you could say something more soft like a wine close or other type of close.
2- Not moving things foward
I would soft close again in "Preety nice feeling indeed"
Something like
"Cool do you like (wine, ice cream, coffee, drinks)?"
"Yeah"
"We should split one soon"
"Sure"
"Cool send me your number" or if you already have her number "How about (whatever day you want)?"
My biggest advice is really just move things forward. You don't want to be her texting buddy.
